Cosmetic Acupuncture
Facial acupuncture (sometimes called cosmetic acupuncture) has been getting a lot of attention — and for good reason. It’s a gentle, natural way to refresh your skin, boost your glow without anything forced or artificial.
Technically it works by stimulating fibroblast cells to boost collagen and elastin production, supporting healthy circulation and restoring the skin’s natural vibrancy. Fine lines soften, contours become more defined, and the complexion looks brighter and refreshed.
I use ultra-fine, sterile needles on key points of your face (and sometimes the body) to improve circulation, stimulate collagen, and help your skin look its best. But it’s not just needles — each treatment includes a relaxing facial massage, soothing tiger warmers to ease tension, and gua sha or jade rolling to help circulation and lymphatic flow. The result? Brighter, smoother, more radiant skin — and a real moment of calm.

And a little heads-up: because it is acupuncture, don’t be surprised if you feel a bit different afterward. Maybe lighter, calmer, or just a touch more “with it.” It’s not the main goal — the focus is your face — but sometimes your body can’t help doing a little extra good along the way. Your skin is connected to your health, so it is important to balance the mind, body, and spirit.
It is up to you how many treatments they would like – from a one-off facial with a difference or a few sessions in the run up to a special occasion, to regular treatments throughout the year.
Results may be evident after the first session (and you should leave feeling relaxed and glowing), although improvements are usually clearer after a minimum of 3 treatments. For optimal results, a course of 10 weekly treatments is recommended, followed by maintenance treatments every 4-6 weeks.
